This was my first time eating oxoacan food and it was great. The restaurant is sweet, family owned and traditional. The menu offers a wide variety of traditional foods and drinks.

A small diner-like space. Casual service and you can just relax and eat. There's a Mole Negro Con Pollo where rivers of black mole run over a tender chicken breast and leg. Drag the warm corn tortillas through the mole - it's heaven. Dab a sizzle of the hot salsa on top. A single drop makes the mole come alive. The Goat Barbacoa Taco is a must. Each one is a foot-long tube of the tenderest meat, stewed so soft. Dunk in the consomme, and don't let a single drop go to waste. A full meal in each plate. You can't leave here not stuffed, and you'll never feel so good about being full.

Excellent food. Legit Oaxacan food. Takes a while but Worth the wait. Enmoladas con cecina were really good. Salsa is hot and chips are warm and light.

Small mom and pop place, great service as people.whonworks here are very nice and patient. Food is great, we had the beef soup (taste like home made soup) and tamales (they are not your typical sized tamales, they are huge!!!).

Though Las 7 Regiones may not look like much from the street, inside they're serving some delicious Oaxacan food. We enjoyed a tasty homemade huitlacoche (corn fungus--much more delicious than it sounds) quesadilla and a plate of chicken with black mole (deep, complex flavors). The prices were very reasonable. Our server was knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely eat here again.
